Vacuum Regularly

Consistent vacuuming helps preserve the texture, colour, and softness of luxury carpets and handmade rugs while improving indoor air quality by reducing allergens and dust build-up.
Act on Spills Immediately
Spills and stains should always be treated immediately to prevent permanent marks or fibre damage. The quicker a spill is addressed, the easier it is to remove before it penetrates deeply into the carpet fibres. Prompt carpet stain removal is an important part of carpet maintenance and helps protect the appearance and lifespan of your rug or carpet. Always use gentle blotting techniques and avoid harsh rubbing, which may spread the stain further.
STAIN REMOVAL
Blot, Don't Rub
Never rub or brush a spill. Blot up excess liquid quickly with a white absorbent paper or cloth, working from the outside towards the centre to avoid spreading the stain.
Remove Solids Carefully
Carefully pick up any solid matter using a knife, spoon or scraper - avoid pressing it further into the pile.
Dry the Area Properly
Pat the cleaned area dry with a dry cloth or hand towel, or use a hairdryer on its lowest setting.

Three Shampooing Methods
Your rug or carpet can be cleaned using one of three methods — Wet Shampoo, Dry Shampoo Cleaning Powder, or Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning).
Avoid Harmful Products
Never use household detergents or shampoos containing ammonia as these can permanently damage your carpet fibres.
Know Your Stain
Identify the stain and treat it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Note that some stains such as blood will be aggravated by hot or warm water — always use cold water in these cases.
